Pamela is the Director of Portfolio Management at Kaya Founders, where she works with startups in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, supporting their growth and scaling. Her professional background includes roles at Stripe and Doordash, where she specialized in streamlining business operations for scalability. She was also part of Facebook / Meta’s pioneering team in the Philippines, helping to establish its local operations.

At Accel Institute, Pamela teaches marketing and strategy, drawing from her experience with both established companies and startups. She is also on the Adjunct Faculty at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), where she also shares her expertise on social media marketing and strategy.
